1. Platform Role

TripNCure is a technology platform that connects patients with independent healthcare providers. We are not a healthcare provider ourselves. All medical services are provided by licensed partner clinics and hospitals. We facilitate the connection, manage payments through our escrow system, and provide quality monitoring — but the doctor-patient relationship is between you and your chosen provider.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through TripNCure's secure payment system. A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining 70% is due 14 days before your scheduled procedure. Refund policies vary by provider and procedure type — specific terms are included in your booking agreement.

4. Privacy

Your medical information is encrypted and stored securely. It is shared with clinics only after you explicitly consent by accepting a clinic's proposal. We never sell your personal data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
